- Green: Refined
- Blue: Superior

Equipment
In Blade and Soul, Weapons, Soul Shields and Accessories constitute the main types of equipment. It is to be noted that throughout the game, the same Hongmoon Weapon and Hongmoon Accessories will be kept, upgraded, and will evolve through multiple stages by being offered same type items of lesser power.
Weapons
Weapons can only be equipped by their respective class.
- Axes (Destroyer)
- Bangles (Force Master)
- Daggers (Assassin)
- Gauntlets (Kung Fu Master)
- Lynblades (Blade Dancer)
- Razors (Warlock)
- Staffs (Summoner)
- Swords (Blade Master)
Soul Shield
Soul Shields improve a character's attributes, as long as an outfit is worn. They also provide cumulative set effects when equipped in groups of 3, 5 or 8.
Outfit
Outfits are purely cosmetic for the most part. If equipping a faction outfit however, this will flag the player for PvP against players of the opposite faction. The available outfits can be seen in a player's Wardrobe.
Consumables
- Dumpling - Restores 100% health over 20 seconds. CT of 2 seconds.
- Healing potion - Restores 30% health over 12 seconds. CT of 60 seconds.
- Lucky Health Potion - Restores 20.000 health. Adds 200 to regeneration that Stacks up to 5 times. CT of 15 seconds.
