Talents
- High Velocity increases the damage to [7.8] and the Dragoncall CDR to 3.5 sec.
- Speed Demon adds 8% stacking Movement Speed on hit (max 5 stacks) with Snare immunity at max stacks, and adds 1 sec. Eclipse CDR on hit, and increases the Dragoncall CDR to 3.5 sec.
